A 45-minute Reiki and chakra balancing session at my Beverly Hills studio. Classic Usui Reiki combined with chakra work — the core of what I do, minus the crystal layer. Fits a lunch break or between meetings without feeling rushed. You leave lighter, clearer, and more yourself. WHAT HAPPENS: Brief 3-5 min intake. You lie fully clothed on the massage table. Soft music, candlelight. I move through your seven main chakras — root (grounding), sacral (creativity), solar plexus (confidence), heart (love), throat (voice), third eye (intuition), crown (spirit). Hands hover lightly or rest gently, channeling universal life-force energy. Where I feel congestion, I stay longer. 35 min of hands-on work + 5 min integration.
