A full-body energy reset combining Usui Reiki & Reiki Tummo, chakra balancing, and crystal therapy at my Beverly Hills studio. In 50 minutes we clear stuck energy, release emotional blockages, and restore your nervous system. Most clients feel the shift in one session. WHAT HAPPENS: You lie fully clothed on a massage table. Soft music, candles. I guide you into deep relaxation, then work through your seven main chakras — root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown — with hands hovering or resting lightly. At each chakra I place hand-selected crystals chosen intuitively for what you're working through that day. Amethyst for overthinking. Rose quartz for heartbreak. Black tourmaline for anxiety. Citrine for confidence. Clear quartz to amplify the healing. After 50 minutes of hands-on work we integrate — I share what I sensed, you share how you feel.
