Reiki for Pets

Service Description

A 45-minute Reiki session designed specifically for animals -- dogs, cats, horses, and smaller companion animals -- to support healing, calm anxiety, ease end-of-life transitions, or simply offer your pet a deep nervous-system reset. Animals receive Reiki beautifully because they don't filter the energy through skepticism the way humans sometimes do. What happens in this session: I come to your home (in person) or work remotely (energy isn't bound by location), placing my hands gently on or near the animal for as long as they're comfortable receiving. Some pets settle in immediately, lie down, and stay close. Others come and go from the room, returning when they want more. Reiki is always offered, never forced. Who this is for: pets recovering from surgery, illness, or injury; anxious or reactive dogs who startle easily; cats with chronic stress or recent rehoming; horses who are off in their stride or processing recent trauma; senior animals navigating decline or end-of-life; pets who lost a sibling or human companion. Is it safe for any animal? Yes -- Reiki is non-invasive and gentle. It supplements (does not replace) veterinary care. What to do: choose a quiet time when the animal is settled, in-person at your home or remote with you nearby. Many pets fall asleep during the session.
