Reiki Energy and Chakra Healing. How it works.
It's true, happiness is an inside job. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Empowerment, Spiritual and Strategic Intervention Life Coach, I am a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. Reiki, the healing touch, is a positive, universal life force energy, also known as Chi, Prana or Ki, used to improve one's health and quality of life. The human body is made up of the mind, body and spirit. All three must be in alignment and in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. I am here as a facilitator for the energy, a channel for which the higher vibrational energy flows through me and transferred to the recipient (you) using our seven main energy pathways known as chakras. These invisible swirling wheels of energy that are located along the spine correspond to massive nerve centers in our bodies and correlate to particular emotions as well as physical organs and glands. Our bodies have an innate wisdom and when our chakras become disrupted or blocked due to stress, toxins, trauma, fears and other adverse influences the body sends us signals and the results can lead to illness, disease and imbalances in the body. Through my practice and the power of intention I work to release this energy and promote well being on a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level for my clients. I hold a safe space in order to help you reduce stress, anxiety and other alignments while restoring more peace and harmony into your life.
