Welcome, and thank you for being here. This page covers everything you'll want to know before booking — how cancellations, refunds, and payments work, and how your personal information is kept private and protected. Please take a moment to read through it so your experience with White Light 26 feels clear and comfortable from the very first step.
Cancellation & Refund Policy White Light 26 · Reiki Healing in Beverly Hills & Los Angeles
Please read this policy before booking to make sure it works for your schedule. Your time and healing matter to me, and so does protecting the space I reserve for each client. By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
The 24-Hour Rule Payment is collected 24 hours before your appointment, and everything comes down to that same window: 24 hours before your appointment.
More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. If payment has already been made, you may choose a refund, a reschedule, or to keep the amount as credit toward a future session.
Within 24 hours of your appointment, or a no-show: The session is non-refundable.
There is no additional fee or penalty — because payment is made in advance, a late cancellation or no-show simply means that prepaid session is forfeited.

Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so it ends on time, out of respect for the next client, and the full session fee still applies. If you're running behind, a quick call lets me do my best to accommodate you.
Packages Multi-session packages (such as the 3-Session Healing Package) are non-refundable. Unused sessions are held as credit and remain available to you; they are not redeemable for cash. The same 24-hour rule applies to each individual session booked within a package.
Gift Certificates Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. They may be applied toward any session or service and are transferable to another person.
In the rare event that I must cancel or reschedule your session, you'll be offered the next available time or a full refund of any payment made — your choice, with my apologies.
A Note on Energy Work Reiki and energy healing support your overall wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional care. Sessions are offered in good faith, and individual experiences and results naturally vary.

White Light 26 respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit whitelight26.com, book a session, or contact us.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you book a session, fill out a contact form, or schedule a consultation, we may collect: name, email, phone number, booking details, payment information (processed via secure third-party processors; we do not store credit card numbers), and any health/wellness context you voluntarily share during intake. We also automatically collect technical data (IP address, browser type, device, pages visited) and use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising attribution.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to schedule and deliver sessions, process payments, send appointment reminders and follow-ups, respond to inquiries, improve our services, comply with legal obligations, measure advertising effectiveness, and (if you opt in) send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers (Wix, payment processors, email/SMS providers, analytics providers like Google) as needed to operate; advertising partners (aggregated/anonymized data only) for ad measurement; legal requirements (subpoena, law enforcement); and business transfers (in case of sale or merger). We never share session content with anyone except as required by law.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
White Light 26 is a wellness practice, not a medical provider, and we are not subject to HIPAA. However, we treat all health-related information you share during intake or sessions as strictly confidential and never disclose session content.
5. COOKIES
We use cookies for essential functionality (booking, login), analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising attribution (Google Ads conversion tracking). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. California residents have additional rights under CCPA; EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR. To exercise rights, email us at: sorayanmrk@gmail.com.
7. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
We retain information as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations (booking and payment records typically retained for 7 years for tax purposes). We use commercially reasonable security measures, including secure hosting and encrypted payment processing.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site may link to third parties (Yelp, Google, social media). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
10. CHANGES
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email if you've subscribed.
