Service Description

A 60-minute one-on-one spiritual and intuitive coaching session combining Robbins-Madanes Strategic Intervention coaching methodology with my decade of intuitive healing practice. This is conversation-based, not energy work -- you'll be sitting up, fully engaged, working through specific patterns and decisions with my support. What happens in this session: 5 minutes to set the focus -- the specific question, decision, or pattern you want to work through. 50 minutes of structured coaching using questions, intuitive prompts, and the Strategic Intervention framework to help you see your situation from new angles and identify the next step. 5 minutes to leave with a clear action. Who this is for: people facing a meaningful decision (career, relationship, location, identity), those caught in a recurring pattern they can't seem to break, clients integrating after major life events (loss, divorce, career change), creatives or entrepreneurs at a crossroads. How this differs from Reiki: you stay fully clothed, sitting up. Instead of receiving energy passively, you'll be actively in conversation, exploring your own answers with structured guidance. Many clients use coaching alongside Reiki -- one for the body, one for the strategy. What to bring: a specific question or situation you want to focus on, an open mind, willingness to be honest.
