Service Description

First time trying Reiki? This 60-minute session is designed for people who've never received energy work before. No prior knowledge needed and nothing strange happens -- you stay fully clothed, lying comfortably on a treatment table, while I guide gentle energy through a series of hand positions over and around your body. Most first-timers describe feeling deeply relaxed, a little floaty, and surprisingly clear-headed. What happens in 60 minutes: 5 minutes to talk through your intentions and any specific concerns, 45 minutes of hands-on Reiki, 10 minutes to integrate and share what came up. Who this is for: anyone curious about energy healing, people recovering from stress or a difficult chapter, those seeking complementary support for anxiety or sleep, gift recipients wondering what to expect. What to bring: comfortable clothes, an open mind. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. After your session: drink water, take it slow. Many clients feel a sense of calm that lingers for days. Why clients start here: I've been a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Intuitive Healer for 10+ years, with 350+ five-star reviews. With first-timers I move slower, explain each step, and leave plenty of room for your questions. Where it happens: the White Light 26 studio at 8920 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 520, Beverly Hills, CA 90211 -- a private, quiet treatment room, not a spa floor. There is metered street parking on Wilshire and paid structures a block away, so allow a few extra minutes. Clients travel in from West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Culver City, Brentwood, Century City and across Los Angeles. Common first-timer questions: You do not need to believe in anything for Reiki to work -- most people arrive skeptical. You will not be asked to talk about anything you would rather not. There is no massage and no deep pressure; my hands rest lightly on or just above the body, and you can ask for hands-off at any point. If you fall asleep, that is normal and the session still works. Afterward: drink more water than usual, keep the evening light if you can, and notice your sleep that night -- it is often the first thing clients report back about. If you would rather talk before booking anything, the complimentary 15-minute phone consultation is genuinely free and there is no pitch at the end of it.
