What I bring with me: a portable treatment table, fresh linens, essential oils if you'd like them, and a quiet, focused presence. I arrive 10 minutes early to set up so the session can begin right on time. What happens in this session: a 5-minute check-in, 50 minutes of customized Reiki in the room of your choice (bedroom, living room, home office), and 5 minutes to integrate before I pack up and leave. The space stays calm long after I'm gone.
