A 60-minute integrated session combining traditional Reiki energy healing with chakra balancing and the targeted use of healing crystals. Each crystal is selected for its resonance with specific chakras and placed on or around the body during the session to amplify the energetic effect. This is the most-booked service for clients seeking a deeper, more sensory experience than standard Reiki alone. What happens in this session: I begin by reading your energy field to identify which chakras are blocked, overactive, or out of balance. Crystals chosen for that day -- amethyst for the crown, rose quartz for the heart, citrine for the solar plexus, and others as needed -- are placed strategically while I move through Reiki hand positions. Many clients describe feeling distinct sensations at different points: warmth, vibration, color, or emotional release.
