Each crystal is selected for its resonance with specific chakras and placed on or around the body during the session to amplify the energetic effect. What happens in this session: I begin by reading your energy field to identify which chakras are blocked, overactive, or out of balance. Crystals chosen for that day -- amethyst for the crown, rose quartz for the heart, citrine for the solar plexus, and others as needed -- are placed strategically while I move through Reiki hand positions. Many clients describe feeling distinct sensations at different points: warmth, vibration, color, or emotional release.
